ZIP CUFFS

Handmade leather zip cuffs

Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well! Sorry I haven't posted in a while due to work and lack of motivation. It's been quite a stressful month for me but on the bright side I managed to invest in a industrial sewing machine (cylinder arm machine to be exact) which was extremely hard to find, one that's affordable and in decent condition. So I've been keeping myself occupied along with some new designs and slowly expanding my skills. At the moment my new project is designing cuffs, the pictures below is my first attempt which I'm quite satisfied with although some adjustments still need to be implemented. My initial idea was to use a big chunky hardware zip but I honestly don't mind the smaller zip. Once again, I like my designs to be black, bold and simple with a nice piece of hardware to add a statement. Overall, I'm broke as from spending a great amount of money on materials but ultimately I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I'll be sure to keep you guys posted with my upcoming designs :) 

CLEAR COLLAR

Handmade transparent studded collar

A couple of months ago I noticed a sudden increased on transparent accessories. I've came across transparent boots, heels, bags, sunnies, jewellery and clutches as well as DIY clutches. However, I have not yet come across a transparent collar ... could this be a next new thing? Haha.

JC - COLTRANE

Spending my Thursday night sketching and illustrating a pair of Jeffrey Campbell - Coltrane. These boots have sold very well in stores and online. At first I thought it was too chunky for my liking but after one of my good mates bought a pair, it slowly grew on me. Good choice!

GEOMETRIC

KIMSHU SS 2013

So my new spring/summer collection plays with geometric lines and curves giving it a striking look. I haven't yet decided on what colours to add but I'm leaning towards ALL black...again. You seriously cannot go wrong with black. Rather than adding colours I want to focus more on using different materials and texture, for example mesh. If you have any ideas or opinions i'd LOVE to hear it! I need feedback! Thanks guys! :) 

SEASON CHANGE

Welcoming the new season, Spring! It doesn't bother me at all that i'm still wearing black in this colourful season hah!

God I love a shoe delivery! My Opening Ceremony shoes finally came today! What a good start to a perfect sunny Monday morning :) I was so eager to wear them so I wore them to work and my god they're so comfortable! It gave me the extra height i needed as well. 

So much effort in packaging, love it!

It even came with stickers! Haha how cute!
